I can't see war breaking out. But if it does, what should we expect? Small scare war in parts of Europe?

A war in Europe is unlikely but unfortunately Europe is getting divided.France and Germany due to economic reasons go soft on Russia while Russophile goverments showed their face in Hungary,Slovakia,Greece,Bulgaria.Turkey is kind of neutral which is not good as they were supposed to be in the NATO camp but you can't really blame them seeing how France and Germany are acting.In Eastern Europe the pro US,better said anti Russia bastions are Poland,the Baltics and Romania.It's actually amazing how George Friedman kind of saw this one coming in 2009.My feeling is that the US knows that the Baltics are undefendable and the aim is to prop Poland and Romania.Poland is the key to Central Europe,Romania to the Balkans and the South.Poland is on good track economic wise and especially regarding military equipment.Romania just took first steps by raising the defence budget (after countless US urges) and most importantly it's doing well on the economic path with good growth and a surprising war on corruption which many analysts say is US led.In the last 2 years 13 ministers,dozens of members of Parliament,hundreds of public employees from judges to clerks and policemen were sentenced to jail or are on trial.I am actually quite in shock at the speed of the arrests,trials and sentences.The lesson drawn from Ukraine is that a corrupt state is a weak state and the US wants a strong,economically prosperous ally.This however is going to weaken the EU and will allow Russia and the US to infiltrate through their "friends".

I was thinking of buying it online,coincidental or not i found out of his latest book just tonight from a show on TV discussing the curent events in Ukraine.And than i came here and saw you talking about it.
