So is the 3rd country India or Russia. I can imaging Russia had developed this capability but I'm not aware of the tests. But at the same time, many Indian members claimed that India already had developed this capability but India just does not want to show its ability. So does India count as the 3rd country in this case as they claim to have this capability?

Well I am sure USA will give India the technology to contain China.

no reality in this news,no one will believe on that news.....on doubt china is a strong country but not stronger like USA. USA is still 10 times stronger than China...

The Soviets and the Americans conducted their tests of similar nature more than 20 years ago. So that makes up the three. As for India shall we take a look at their conventional ballistic missiles first? That too with Indian sources?
