US military sends unmanned missile to space

Do you think that the world struggles under corruption and terrorism and stuff like that in the middle east and the rest of the world.
And then secretly send missiles to the space.
This time AGAIN by USA i mean USA MILITARY unmanned missile to space for 9months for some navigation tests and all that.
Its going to fly over the earth all the time.
Do you think this should be allowed?
And its all TOP SECRET!
I think there must be an organization where they need permission to send something to the space.
Because never know what USA would do now.
Strike Iran?
Spy on the russians? or on the chinese?

space ship sending in not something new.even Russia sends a few. but its usually manned. but sending an unmanned space ship is too much to digest..
