Foreign investors have been investing in your army for more than 10 years now . I am sure they would be willing to do that for Afghanistan too.

So far England, Germany have shown interest but anything regarding NATO's stay will come by a decision within NATO HQ.

I think this army is not sustainable, foreign investors can invest in it for maximum 1-3 years.

We need SAMs to eliminate enemy aircraft and missile threats - the ANA will probably go well to 240,000 by the end of 2014 but will decrease to 120,000 to 150,000 till 2024. Foreign investors have interest for decades in Afghanistan and they have pledged the support for 10 years more.

For 10 years $4.1bln security and $4.6bln economic assistance but the prediction is we will start moving towards self sustaining by 2017 and we will not need aid by 2025 - a backbone of at least $40 bln investment which is due to come, will back up our economy starting from 2014 from mining sector!

Mining is the first basic industry that you can kick start immediately - followed by whatever other industries you might come up with, but you have to tackle three major problems - Extremists and Taliban, Drugs and corruption.

If we make a deal with Taliban the opium cultivation will decrease significantly and that will be of two factors: 1) Taliban will not need to harvest their part of opium after stopping this insane war. 2) Taliban under any Afghan gov will not allow opium cultivation and the ban will be too strict.

Corruption will end up if we elect a very clean pure person for presidency in 2014 otherwise these ruling thugs will eat up the whole nation for another 5 years term.

In fact it is a sport to these people as well as the people of Dagestan - Checnya. That's how the Hindukush was named - meaning kill Hindus. Crossing the Hindukush to raid and loot in the plains of Hindustan was a seasonal sport to these people.

India: India can help Afghans by training ANA officers in Indian Military Acadamy. We will open our university for Afghans. Doctors and engineer can get there training in India. We are providing infrastructure support, like making road, hospitals and educational instuitutions. We will contiue the same. Pakistan have given us transit to have bilateral trade with Afghans, Our Chabar port is almost ready and India-Iran-Afghan transit is also ready, we will create rail network in West Afghanistan.

Pakistan: Pak will stop Cross border terrorism, Pakistan already have sheltered Afghanis, Pakistan can provide basic education to Afghans (Higher education can be taken at India).
