You've got to be kidding me! LMAOHow is it not?!

Agreed, the hypocrisy comes when they start lecturing others. There is nothing hypocritical about the pursuit of national interests by ANY country, including USA.

Just say "genocide of Palestine is okay because it's not in our national interest, but we will help HK because it's in our interest"
That is a lot more respectable then the fake "humanitarian concerns" they pretend to show.
Everybody has the same right to put forward their own point of view as best as they can. If anyone does not agree with it, then they are free to make their own efforts to put forward their counter points as best as they can. Those who play better get the rewards. That is how international geopolitics always work, for all sides.
that is true, but at the end of the day the US has the biggest stick so they can do what ever they want.
WMD in Iraq? sure why not!
Agent Orange in Vietnam? Lets do it!
Funding terrorists in Central America? That one is for free!
I am not disagreeing with you, but like you said, I have the right to point out hypocrisy when I see it.
The only reason I have a slightly better view of America then China is because I can say "F- America" in America and they can't do anything.
If I said "F- China" in China, my organs would magically disappear.
it is the greatest place on earthOne would have thought you would prefer Republik of Canoodia is this regard.
it is the greatest place on earth
I was thinking of moving to the US for a job, but just the healthcare situation doesn't allow me to even think about that option.
Why move to the Land of Great Satan anyway? As you said, you regard it as hypocritical. It would be hypocritical of you to benefit from that too. After all, why work in a place that speaks up about Hong Kong but not others?
yes, it would be hypocritical so I didn't move there
