US has sharp words for China over Snowden

.
Bradley Manning, Julian Assange, and now Snowden.
Who's next to reveal the hypocrisy of some governments?

. .
I have been following how US media is playing this whole SNOWDEN affair and I'm impressed by how successfully they have managed to turn the attention to Snowden the "Traitor" and "fugitive", instead of what was revealed by Snowden - absolutely fascinating that editors and managers in US corporate media can have such close collaboration.

It's really clever, isn't it?

Did you realize, several months before this incident they were crying non-stop about Chinese hacking into their systems?

And it turns out that they were the ones hacking the entire world from the beginning.

This is a skill, to divert attention from themselves. They are using Sun Tzu's own ideas on us.

.
The US politicians and policy makers are so juvenile in diplomacy.

After all these sharp words to China and Russia, President Putin and his foreign minister came right our to say F U.

The US has painted themselves into a corner. There is no way in hell Russia is going to do a dickydoo for the US on this matter.

Kerry today is close to apologizing to Russia and pleaded for their cooperation.

UnPFucking believable. Who hired this clown?

Yes, it's cleaver, yes it speaks of coordination - but what is has done is to further undermine US media as being a part of the US national security set up, so when US journalists are accused and arrested oversea as agents of their government, well, the behavior of US media contributes to the public perception that US corporate media are in fact US government agents.

So in effect what the US media is doing is proceeding with a public trial of Mr. Snowden and they are so confident of their ability to shape public perceptions that they have taken on the governments of China, Russia, Cuba, Ecuador and possibly anyone else who may stand in their way.

This is comedy gold.

In his first public comments since Edward Snowden flew in on Sunday, Putin appeared to make light of the diplomatic uproar over the fugitive, whose flight from U.S. authorities is becoming a growing embarrassment for President Barack Obama. Asked by a journalist about the affair, he smiled fleetingly.

"I myself would prefer not to deal with these issues. It's like shearing a piglet: there's a lot of squealing, but there's little wool," he told a news conference in Finland.

.
Seriously?

America has been whining non-stop about Chinese hacking these last few months, pretending to be the victim.

Then Snowden appears and shows up American hypocrisy, by revealing that it is actually America that has been hacking communications from the entire world!

Given that, I can't believe how anyone could expect us to extradite him.

I can't believe that the Chinese would not extradite him when we helped prevent one of your citizens who has inside knowledge of your own govt. Could be treason right there when he asked for asylum and we refused. But that shows how the Chinese really are. And as I said before, don't expect much from us next time a Chinese citizen defects and requests asylum.

Tell me then, why was the USA crying about Chinese hacking non-stop for the past several months, when in fact it was America who was hacking the entire world?

Doesn't that just reek of hypocrisy?

After Snowden arrived and showed that it was in fact YOU hacking us (despite all the crying for the past few months), how on Earth could you have expected us to Extradite him? No way.

You want to call US hypocrites? Fine. But understand that the hypocrisy runs both ways. When the US charged China of breaking into businesses and governmental institutions, the Chinese were of two camps: those who denied such happened and those who cheered it and those who cheered came up with all kinds of justifications as to why China had to engage in such activities. So which camp were you?

But here are a couple items to consider...

Those who denied it demanded evidence beyond Mandiant's findings. So where is any evidence beyond Snowden's words? If Snowden was in a position to positively declare that the US 'hacked' into China, what make you guys in this camp think Snowden was not in the same position to know that China hacked into US?

As for those who cheered it when China was accused of cyber warfare, assume that Snowden is telling the truth, how does it feel now to know that all gleeful jabs at US for being inferior to China in cyber warfare came to nothing and that the US have been pwning China all this time, American governmental electronic intelligence agencies monitored China while American commercial electronic intelligence agencies charged China?
