US Exploring Deal to Limit Pakistan's Nuclear Arsenal

The concern is battle field nuclear weapons and their safety and security.

After a certain number, increase in strategic nuclear devices will be an overkill.

As Pakistan is going for miniaturization of its nuclear devices to thwart any cold feet adventure by India, the concern is their safety and accidental launches.

h) Creation of 1 Major Saline water cleaning project to serve Drinkable water to Pakistan

Return of benefits to US economy

If such a deal is in consideration , would cap the Nuclear Arsenal for Pakistan in return for Economic cooperation

Such a deal is far-fetched. The US (nor anyone) would agree to these demands that you are proposing Pakistan make (actually, even Pakistan wouldn't make such ridiculous demands). You're basically asking the US to take over Pakistan's economy, and pump money and development into it. Not only would the US reject this, as it is a ridiculous amount to ask, but it would put Pakistan under the US's direct thumb, which would basically amount to giving up Pakistan's sovereignty, so Pakistan would reject it as well.

A nuclear deal will probably look simple and straight forward. In return for economic aid, and access to civil nuclear technology, Pakistan must place limits on the number of nuclear weapons, and the range that they can be used (most likely limited to India's borders.); Simple as that. There may be some extra conditions that the civilian nuclear sector be placed under international inspection and safeguard, but it won't get too complicated. Nuclear deals aren't like other sorts, they must be simple and straight forward, as loopholes can be exploited, if the deal gets too complicated.

Well the idea I proposed have duel benefit

a) It fixes and puts a hard cap on Nuclear weapon , 400 nukes , do we need to blow up the whole earth ? with 2000
b) Benefits to Pakistani Infrastructure & Economy tremendous if the ideas are accepted
c) The companies implementing would be US companies , so indirectly jobs are created also in USA

Out of proposed 500 Billion

> 150 Billion would go to US companies indirectly some will work with Pakistani subcontractors
1) Nuclear power plant building companies 10
2) Saline Mega water treatment project for Karachi 1
3) 50 Boeing planes , company that makes planes
4) 2 Major DAMs in Pakistan with US engineering companies
5) Steeles Mills modernization & Textile Mills modernization grants
6) Railways complete redoing with General Electric
7) Modernization of farming on industrial scale
8) Ford/ GM car plants in Pakistan for cars sold locally in Pakistan

China and Japan is building US railway. Why the F Pakistan wants US to build its railway when US don't even got theirs working properly.

Pakistan just expended Khushab Nuclear Complex with upto 5 reactors. 1+3 new and 1 still in early stages. It cost billions to build a reactor. Unless US is really sending ships loaded with gold, I don't think Pakistani is slowing down anytime soon.
