Current non-stealthy subsonic propeller driven UAVs like the reaper will get swatted out of the sky if it trys to attack even 4th gen fighters. decoys won't work when you can visually identify it.

Uav's are not used alone in the battlefield but have multiple supporting platforms, if a J8 is found to have taken off from a airstrip other jets would be scrambled to intercept it.

and when those other jets take off then we send in the j-20s(killing other jets is much more economical), i dont see what the problem is.
