DGX-1 is a supercomputer it's an entire system with 2x Xenons and 8x P100s

so you mean to tell me a private company who pays royalty to use other people's inventions can come up with a computer faster than a computer that was supposed to come out in 2018 by the US military industrial complex?

Sounds fishy. I'll wait for others to comment as I'm not familiar with chip tech.
