If integrating GPS is the problem then many of your systems are going to fell generation behind/ obsolete. Specifically BMs may not be better than old chubby SCUD.
I am not going to buy that, Pakistan can do/is doing better.
Anyhow its just a wiki leak everything is going to be speculative.
