US considers allowing China to import Iranian oil

.
But China never stopped, who asked America for permissions.
Indian and beg for permission , or may be have already...

Would you rather risk losing US trade or losing Iranian oil? You can buy oil from other countries in the region, but you cant substitute US trade.
Well, it's a question of sovereignty. We had this policy for decades, we never abandoned Iranians like India. If US is allowed to dictate us, then the world would be very dangerous.

China is already at war with USA, i.e. the Trade War. Import of Iranian oil would just be a small battle. If US wants to escalate the trade war fully, it will be a trade world war with all nations on Earth affected one way or another.

Two camps will emerge if a trade world war erupt, one camp for the global trade the other for the protectionism. We can already see the embryonic stage today who will join which camp.

However, the mad Orangeman may not be that mad enough since basically he is still a businessman trying to make gains in carrot and stick negotiations, though his B-Team has more war mongering agenda and that could be bad news if Trump cannot control them.

From what i have read, it is very clear the US has lost the trade war after the latest G20 meeting. Allowing US tech companies selling their products to Huawei, postponing extra tariffs and reports about China still importing oil regardless of US withdrawing the waivers and threats of imposing sanctions. Some have even said in order not to look weak, saving face US media claiming Trump thinking about granting China waivers again. China in return has demanded the US lifting all tariffs, keeps importing Iranian oil shows who is the weaker party and who can make all the demands. Trump however is anxious for a deal in order to secure a second term. It doesn't take too much to figure out who the winner is amid the trade war.

it is one thing to pick a fight with USA. it is another thing to pick a fight with USA, Saudi Arabia and other oil producing states

As far as China goes they expect to be paid. if the price is high they will sell anything
