what china lacks isn't anything you've said actually, we've made aircraft, weapons, medical equipment, telecom (and are arguably the best in the world at this), etc. what we have problems with are chemical analysis instruments. HPLC, GCMS, AFM, STM, IR spectroscopes, NMR, etc. are all manufactured in Japan and the US... not even Germany has many good ones. This is a SHAME and is holding our pharmaceutical sector back.

Good then. That means it is entirely possible for other countries to do the same. It all depends on how dedicated the government is when it comes to investing in higher ed, business incentives and infrastructure.

First of all I said that the German economy is doing well compared to other Western nations. Notice how I didn't comment ont her trade balance with China.

Second of all notice how they don't have a problem with China despite the economical imbalance. Perhaps they know better than blaming all the problems on the Chinese?

When it comes to trade, Germany is not much better then China as far as wanting a level playing field.

If you look at places like Stormfront, they usually direct their hatred towards black people and Mexicans, and of course towards the Jewish people as the main target.

The problem with C.A. is that he isn't here to exchange ideas, he's got one tune and he's sticking with it. If we don't like? tough, and if we say we're tired of it, he calls it bullying, but any musician will tell you it is hard to play along to a one note tune.
