US Black Hawk Helicopters Captured by Taliban as ‘Horrified’ Senators Demand DOD Audit

I totally agree.
Afghan (Taliban) are highly intelligent ( higher IQ than American jakals ), hardworking , with advance learning capabilities.
Afghans are master makers.
With assistance from their neighbors , they will be seen with top technologies in their hands, better than south Asian countries.

See, here is the place where most of the Indians make mistake.
Indians mix ISIS, Talibs and Al-Qaida. Wrong
Indians rate everything based on money and technology - wrong
Indians think only bachelor's or masters degree holders can do big things and can operate sophisticated weapons - wrong
Indians assume that Talibs are a terrorist group that captured Afghanistan with force - wrong.

Pakistan can help them in the collection of revenues and in medical facilities for women. Afghans need these things immediately and urgently.

I learned that Taliban got several US jet fighters, Black Hawk helicopters, etc. But the US announced, yesterday that some functional parts in those birds have been destroyed.
Now Taliban are negotiating with China for repair. I am not a militiary engineer.
Just curious to know that is it possible to repair those by Chinese , toward original functions??
Will China and Pakistan take advantage of US technologies from those birds ???
its so hard to do so i think they will not be able to do it .

Not chinooks.
CH46 Sea Knights. Most probably run into the ground by US Marines years gone and left there.

Even if they are Sea Knights (which was notorious for hydraulic leaks), the Chinese might be interested in learn from the design and apply it towards their heavy lift helicopter project. Their current programs are single rotor designs, but a potential twin rotor design like the Chinook could be more capable in higher altitudes and its more compact size could make it very attractive for the PLA Marines. Combining the knowledge they have from other programs and these sea knights maybe a way for them to garner enough information to build their own equivalent to the chinooks.

C-130's. Yes.

But they never received any US Fighter Jets. They do have Embraer A-29 Super Tucanos. Not certain about their condition as rumor has it that some had fled to the Centeral Asian States. One crashed with a Uzbek MiG-29.

False information about them being destroyed. Yes, we have seen footage of the ones at Kabul Airport being destroyed, but they appear to be fine from the exterior. Furthermore there is plenty of footage of them flying around recently.

The Chinese could repair them, but they'd need atleast ONE functional Blackhawk to Reverse Engineer its parts. Again, I said atleast one.
