The imbecile had it coming. Threatening especially when linked with terrorism, is not tolerated online and certainly not when it is so explicit as the man showing pictures of weapons and explosives and his association with it.
If this person is a migrant then I think he should be sentence 50 years of non-bailable prison sentence in the most stringent prison system. I say this because he had a plan to attack the very society that has adopted him to improve and start over again. Such signs are dangerous and FBI did the right thing by arresting this man.
