Basically used by troops where proper sanitary facilities aren't available or can't be availed.
Soldiers in hostile Area of Operations, under constant threat of attack. e.g. Sniper/Spotter in hostile territory, forward observers etc. Allows soldiers to maintain protective posture and also decreases chances of creating a health hazard for current and future occupants of the site.
