Why punch back when they simply dont want trade with china anymore. Its a free world and you cant force anyone to deal with China. Its that simple.

So far nobody cared when china punched back. Infact it only caused more pressure on China. Its ridicolous to believe China can force any other nation to do something

By "not wanting trade", you mean one doesn't want to buy from you, but still wants to sell to you? Nobody cares? Is that why EU is crying foul on Chinese counter sanctions that's reciprocal in nature and labelling them as aggressive economic coercion?
