US Air force Chief & Sri Lanka Air force Chief meets

The Commander of Sri Lanka Air Force, Air Marshal Harsha Abeywickrema recently attended the Pacific Air Chief’s Conference (PACC) held in Honolulu Hawaii, on the invitation of the Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force General Norton Schwartz.

The prime aim of this conference was to bring together Asia Pacific Air Chiefs for the purpose of building relationships and promoting mutual understanding of common air power issues and challengers.

As part of the conference Sri Lankan Air Marshal Harsha Abeywickrema along with other Pacific Air Chiefs visited the Pentagon in Washington DC.

Sri Lankan Air Marshal Harsha Abeywickrema also had a meeting with USAF Chief of Staff, General Norton Schwartz at his office.
