The whole issue is why the govt not developing platforms for these things and bringing them main stream and increasing exports why was PMLN and PPPP sleeping?

I have been thinking about this for a long time, why don't all the furniture manufacturers join hands and open up show-rooms in western countries where they can display their products and get orders. They can even get Pakistani residing there to staff those show-rooms.

Benefits

1. Will get multiple platforms to advertise
2. More business and opportunities
3. More jobs for local Pakistanis
4. Exports increasing bringing in more forex
5. Overseas Pakistanis also benefit which will also result send in remittances which will also help with more forex.
6. Can apply the same system to multiple type of products

Those who exports us car shall import our furniture that is how this will happen.

Online marketing has its importance but some products like furniture still require physical presence where people can actually feel the goods before purchasing.

I think the role of govt in this regards can be of a felicitor where they can bring people together but thats about it. The hard yards will still need to be done by the manufacturers.

And why would UK would buy your cucumber? They can produce their own. I see lots of gypsy people from Jhang all over punjab, what have government done for them? They can only be uplifted with quota system. Otherwise their culture of producing kids to work and beg will not end.
