The sooner the war will end soonner will schools and life will commence in that region - its utmost urgent that a new generation go thru schooling so they develop sense of understanding why the Gun culture that their forefathers lived under in 80's is not the only means to live -

Partially its also not fault of young children that were born under war , in that region but this is why , schooling and education is very important in those areas to educate them so they can differentiate and think with logic

As early as 1996, the U.S. State Department's own report on human rights in Afghanistan concluded that the forces led by (the now lionized) Ahmed Shah Massoud systematically raped and killed Hazzara women in Kabul in March 1995: "Massood's troops went on a rampage, systematically looting whole streets and raping women." Since their return to power, Northern Alliance forces have returned to their old habits...

You need to update your information about Afghan Talaban.

why are you so sensitive about the crimes of the Taliban in AFghanistan? Whenever i talk about their crimes you bring somebody else's story in the middle. and when did i take side of the so called northern alliance? everybody and every party has done something bad in afghanistan, the worst of all have been done by the Taliban, communists and mujahideen. Even if the taliban with all their horrible crimes come and join political process people will forget about what they did to them.
