Unusual Troop Movement over Islamabad- elections in AJK

So, today I saw very unusual military movement in Islamabad. Troops and Mil Mi-17 flying just 30-35 meters above the ground — Twice.

Never saw that kind of rapid movement. Does anybody know anything?

Saw some HEMTT type cargo truck on expressway the otherday,it didn't look they were in such hurry,anyways it was a cool looking beast.
Nothing much to worry,If there was anything kashmir highway would have been full of QRF

I hope there is no martial law again....Yes, i hate this government but hate martial law too....Pakistanis have fought really hard to bring back democracy.....We can't afford Martial law locally or internationally....

I am assuming army folks have matured up and will continue to pressurize government for good governance along with other institutions/public rather than imposing martial law on Islamabad....

Can you elaborate that?
As per my understanding there was only one type of martial law and that was nation-wide...All previous martial laws were like that.
