At this point Pakistan may not be interested too much in unconventional actions in Kashmir. FATF and UNSC need to refresh thier inboxes. Conventional actions may be more attractive currently anyways. As the UNSC currently accepts the Indian view that Kashmir is a local issue between India Pakistan and China and should be settled by the involved parties. UNSC or other international actors need not get involved.....This has been India's position forever. You reap what you sow.
