US Secretary of State John Kerry's decision to cancel a Tuesday night meeting with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is indicative of the Obama administration's "growing impatience" with the deadlocked peace talks, the New York Times reported Wednesday. The newspaper quoted a senior US official as saying that the Americans believe Israel and the Palestinians should find a way out of this latest deadlock themselves, and that Kerry's current efforts had been exhausted.

Why can't you comprehend politics? This whole thing was just a show to completely end the 'peace talks' which allowed Israel to annex the West Bank and relieves them from any pressure! If the Palestinians ask for full recognition at the UN the USA will veto it!

After I chatted to you , I did some reading and it seems that the Palestinian cause seems to be getting more and more galvanized internationally with many organizations and countries now demanding that Israel refrain from allowing settlers in Palestine and withdraw to the demarcated borders. Apparently the Obama administration after the JFK administration is one of the most sympathetic Palestinian administrations in the USA. Unfortunately, a 100 year conflict will not and cannot be resolved in a few years
