Buy American or Chinese, what will BD do with these equipment when it’s declared foreign policy is to love all countries without creating friction.

American weapons are actually cheaper and better compared to European counterparts. Although they come with lots of TnC and you are more likely to be blackmailed into toeing US line on most international issues else they can become hard to maintain and later inoperable.

Take the offer as you like. It's a leash like Pakistan has on its neck. US is handing out military cocaine to poor Asian nations so they can sign up for a leashing on their necks. Who's next? Thailand? Lao? Nepal? Anybody who the US could drug to remove Chinese influences.

Well, China will not follow the Americans' footsteps. China offers an opportunity to build wealth for these countries' citizens.
