The Martyrdom of Sarkar e Khalsa, Ninth Guru Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Dev Sahib is Remembered as the Shaheedi Divas of Guru Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Dev Sahib Every Year on 24 November.
Sarkar e Khalsa, Ninth Guru Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Dev Sahib was Originally Named Shri Tyag Mal born on 1st April 1621 Isvi in Amritsar to the Sarkar e Khalsa, Sixth Guru Shri Guru Hargobind Dev Sahib but was Later renamed Tegh Bahadur after Guru Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Dev Sahib Gallantry and Bravery in the Wars against the Mooghul (Mongol) Forces.
During the Travels, Sarkar e Khalsa, Ninth Guru Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Dev Sahib spread the Khalsa Ideas and Message as well as started Community Water Wells and Langars.
Sarkar e Khalsa, Ninth Guru Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Dev Sahib founded the City of Anandpur Sahib in the Foothills of Himalayas in June 1665 Isvi
In 1672 isvi , Sarkar e Khalsa, Ninth Guru Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Dev Sahib traveled through Kashmir and the North-West Frontier.
In 1675 Isvi, Sarkar e Khalsa, Ninth Guru Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Dev Sahib was Executed in Delhi on 11th November 1675 Isvi under the Orders of the Mooghul (Mongol) Emperor
Sarkar e Khalsa, Ninth Guru Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Dev Sahib Dedicated His Life to the Betterment of Hindu Quam and to Promote a Sense of Unity Among Hindustanis, Service Towards the Hindustan and Fraternity in the Hindu Rashtra against the Invaders of the Hindu Rashtra.
Sarkar e Khalsa, Ninth Guru Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Dev Sahib worked to Alleviate the Sufferings of the Hindu Quam and Fought against Oppression of the Invaders of Hindustan. For this Reason, Sarkar e Khalsa, Ninth Guru Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Dev Sahib is Aptly called ‘Hind Di Chadar’.
On this ‘Martyrdom Day’ on Saturday, 23rd November 2019 of Sarkar e Khalsa, Ninth Guru Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Dev Sahib, Let Us Resolve to Spread the Values of Unity among Hindustanis/Indians, Religious Harmony, Compassion for Hindustanis/Indians, Benevolence and Work for the Well-Being of all the Hindustanis/Indians”.
