The Unholy Alliance between Sindhi dominated PPP and Sindhi nationalists are doing all to blackmail people of Karachi and Federal Government to back down from resolving Karachi's fundamental problems.

There is just one fundamental problem:

• Keep Sindh's urban population hugely low to keep finance and law making in the hands of Sindhis.

All other problems have come out of it which are:

1. Karachi is like a huge ghetto city which is run by racially motivated Sindhi politicians and bureaucracy
2. City buried under garbage.
3. City has no transport system for the 30 million people of the ghetto metropolis.
4. Shortage of water in homes but tanker mafia has all the water as it is run by police officers, Sindhi bureaucrats, ppp politicians and other criminal elements from political groups and gangs.
5. No civic bodies to give people facilities close to their homes, viz licenses, birth certificates, tax, health, and courts.

Karachi is dying. It is there for the taking. There is a danger another person or political group can become voice of deprived Karachites. Only hope it will be an honest and patriot voice and not that of someone like Altaf Hussain.

STEP1:
50,000-100,000 people of Karachi , sign a petition with Supreme Court , and file a case
against Government of Sindh

• Neglect for sanitation
• Neglect in provision of Water
• Neglect in provision of safety during Moon soon season
• Neglect in Upkeep of City (Roads/Parks/Schools/Hospitals)

STEP2:
Supreme Court , invites Representatives from Federal Government to confirm Funds have been allocated to Province

STEP3:
Supreme Court confirms the Funds were allocated towards Karachi by a Distribution from Sindh Government to Mayor of Karachi

• Share for Karachi from 7.5 Billion Allocation of funds from Sindh Budget ?
• Is the Special Karachi Package Fund 100% Transferred to Karachi Mayor ?

STEP4:

If Money is in Mayor of Karachi fine , otherwise what appears to be the hurdle , if Sindh Government has not transferred money then it is in Violation of Trust of People of Karachi

• Sindh Government can be sued in Court
• Sindh Government officials would be investigated for Neglect, head of ministries

If Mayor of Karachi have the funds , what is delay to give contract out to Companies for Clean up ?


STEP 5:
Emergency Provisions Imposed in Karachi if neglect is found by Sindh Government , it (Karachi) comes under Federal Umberella

• Sindh Government officials are impeached (neglect of duties under oath to state of Pakistan)

The case should go to Supreme Court / Federal Government's attention

Actually PPP is the biggest Sindhi nationalist party PPP doesn't care about Pakistan because they know they can't win in other provinces
That's why they want complete provincial autonomy

Sindh politicians in power , are under oath to do / act which benefits the citizens of Sindh , and Karachi is part of sindh and residents are part of Sindh


If there is Neglect in looking after them , then the Politicians / Ministers could and should be held responsible for their neglect


It's like a Doctor , who kills a patient due to his neglect

• Criminal Penalties need to be imposed

Water Failure = Minister of Water Resource, Should be Investigated for Neglect
Electricity Failure = Minister of Power & Energy should be investigated for Neglect
Transportation Failure = Minster of Transportation , should be Investigated for Neglect
Crime Rise = Minister of Civil Order should be investigated for Neglect
Failing Hospitals= Minister of Health should be Investigated for Neglect
Garbage on Roads = Minister of Waste Management should be investigated
Failing Schools = Minister of Education should be investigated

• After them the companies failing to do the contractual work should be Investigated for Neglect

This is very simple issue of , neglected city by Provincial Body

NEGLECT = Major Crime , to knowingly cause harm to another human

Province needs to be sued for Neglect, autonomy and control of Money comes with responsibility if you neglect the people , then Courts /Federal Government can come after you legally

Federal Government has released close to 10 billion dollars !!! an Unprecedented support and there is no show of Progress in Karachi

• Karachi's standard need to be above Singapore

This whole wire the money out to UAE , with fake bank accounts will no longer work
we need paper trail of 10 billion Sindh Government was given where is money going ?

Supreme Court cannot solve political and racial problems. Executive has lots of power to drag even the court rulings and when it comes to PPP it has ultra treacherous and cunning skills and experience of 50 years to stonewall any legal course.
Answer is totally fair census and new elections in Sindh. This assembly will have more representation from urban sindh which cannot be ignored by SINDHI aristocracy. Both then should sit and come to a system in Sindh where all cities should get autonomous self governments with financial and administrative freedom and PA should only make laws.

I do agree with everyone here Karachi does need some actions on war footings. The constant meddling of Feudals from the interior should be dealt with an iron hand,they have no positive contribution to Karachi apart for the land they gave. Most of it belonged to the Gabol Baluch tribe,which they sold for money ,first to the colonials and second to the fledgling capital authority.
