Hmm why would a Pakistani member miss out one of the newest, largest, cleanest, most efficient, profit making metros in the world? Could it be because this just one just happens to be in India??!! In 2020-22 no one will have a right not overlook the Delhi Metro when compiling such a list- it will be the largest or at the very least the second largest such transport network on the planet.
