I already told you India raise CPEC issue but occasionally. But Modi has never spoke personally on this issue in media. But I'm agree whoever speaks in GOI on CPEC it considers as Modi voice.

Modi and India is obssessed with Pakistan and CPEC and that is why in every meeting with Chinese, Russians or anyone else they whine about Pakistan and CPEC. This is reality.

But again, India is not important so she can keep whining.

 

[The Headache]

India build roads on South Tibet is not considered as disputed but when China build road in Pakistan territory is consider as disputed? even Japan didn't want to have any project in South Tibet knowing that is not belong to India.
Once the CPEC project is completed and when Russia, Central Asia, Pakistan and China are collectively boost the economy of this region, India will be marginalized.
