there was no word about Islam in his long interview. more than a million muslims live in France and they are more muslims coming in France every day than muslims living the country. Burqa law was good if you understand the philosophy of people here. Now they wal on nerves with veil stories ... but it is another culture. of course when a European comes in Pakistan he adapts to the local culture...

UK still can manufacture the top quality jet engine, while France's jet engine sucks, by far the weakest out of the five permanent members in the UNSC.

car industry is pretty good. luxury industry is the best, best top manufacturers . about jet India just bought some French jets. France is as well the start of the plane industry with the first pilots in the world. Airbus industry? you never heard about?
agriculture is very fine so whatever happens they keep to have everything they need, that is something i would like change in my own country: modernize agriculture , and stop propaganda about tech and really invest in tech in few fields that it is possible to compete.
In France the problem they are speaking about is a bit similar to USA it seems: France economy was very much focused on consommation not really industry and exports. they will do everything to change the process in the next years. all candidates want change the economy balance , with China for exemple (they see China cheating with money and they are tired of this, like USA)
