If he has to be deported, I think he cannot go to any country! He must be deported to the country of origin?
We should urge UK HO to deport him for over staying. Not, a case to arrest him etc to provide him a reason to seek asylum, or political refuge.

Well I think he do have some legal venues available if I am not wrong he could plea on the ground that his sons are UK national and have sizable investment in the country therefore he might go to appeal on this ground.

Even if all other possibilities to stay in UK are seized he might get passport of any third country on the bases of his connection in diplomatic circles.

I think he would avoid coming to Pakistan as long as Justic Qazi Faiz Essa don't become CJP

I am sure this Baldy Fat Aloo Nawaz will eventually get UK visa because UK Government protects looters and fraudsters as these people bring in billions every year to UK.

It still seems quite unlikely that he'll come back to Pakistan as a result, that 's the case for now at least. Even if that is the end result, these things may take some time. Also, what happens if these things reach the various layered stages post tribunal? I'm sure a lot of information might go public that various parties don't want available to public scrutiny.

Both the UK government had declined to extend his visa while Pakistan has refused to issue him a passport.
His only option is to apply for travel documents only if he is willing to return to Pakistan.
He does also has the option to appeal to British Home Office for visa extension or move the court.
Knowing these losers, his platelets might go into a nose dive again.

He has launched an appeal to UK authorities against their decision not to extend his visa.
If he fails, most likely he will run away to some desert kingdom.

He might seek refuge in KSA, and I think our Prime Minister's best friend there would be willing to provide that.

I think at this time they will not upset Pakistan and Imran Khan when already under seige from the US UNLESS Pakistan sees this as a way out of a!sticky situation. The fact is another isolation of 10 years will virtually end his career. Will he want to go there or in Dubai? Yes.
It is a matter of shame that a PM of a state is running around begging governments to give him refuge.

He will appeal, and cite, Pakistans weak L&E / Judiciary, and a threat to his life, apply for asylum, and then pose like this mofo:

This is a different situation. He needs a passport. He came in with one and needs one before the British can give him an extension. If that will not happen his only way out is to request a plane from one of the shayukh or seek asylum for which he has little grounds. Dubai might give him refuge but considering his last exit from Saudi was against his agreement with the Government he will most likely not be allowed in. However wonderful things can happen when you have money.
