UFOs: Still a myth.

If i am not mistaken last year in the year 2010 there is a huge UFO spotted in China. There are also rumors circulating on the internet that the Chinese Government has made a secret hidden contact with an alien race from Sirius where an agreement has been made to give China advanced alien technology. Perhaps that is the reason why China shows the J-20 publicly(because they have a stealth flying saucer more much more advanced). Does anyone here from China know the details, or is this just a bogus news from the Net?

No MIB but maybe aliens already here in China for some experiences just like free flying I had encountered.We need free more than be controlled so the experiences are different from that american had.

The fact is, that although there is a possibility of life on other planets - or at least we hope that is the case - we have no way of knowing this is so. Confirmation might not be forthcoming for a long time.

Agree. I was referring to the improbable possibility of aliens visiting earth regularly. I was suggesting that if such aliens existed and in such advanced forms as to be able to travel so far, then it stands to reason that there is a likelyhood of more places in the universe where life exists & we could at the very best merit an occasional visit & not the plethora of sightings that supposedly happen.

I personally think UFOs are existing AND the NASA has built or copied the shape into spy planes.

Dragon Emperor: Re: UFO in China. James Oberg made a few comments about UFOs in China. He's an expert on space travel. In brief, he mentioned UFOs maybe related to military activity. So, the UFOs are not from another planet.

UFO'S exist but aliens we do not know however there is bacteria found on some rock samples so guess they can be considered alien

There are a few sightings that have been recorded in history all over the world in regards to UFOs or at least anomolous objects in the skies. In the battle of south France it was mentioned of two warriors fighting in the sky. Exactly what happened is hard to figure out. But, from time to time there are objects, like meteors, that fall into Earth and well confuse or even frighten the ancient observers. I wouldn't doubt that Venus and other stars were misidentified as well. Observers at that time would interpret weird celestial sightings in accordance to their time and culture.

It was about 1942, called The Battle of Los Angeles, that a weird object was spotted in the air. It was thought the Japanese were invading. Pearl Harbor took place beforehand. The military were dispatched and fired away at this object. It eventually went away. Some think the bright object was the planet Venus, but that was never confirmed. Yet, it is a reasonable suspicion. Anyway, there were occassioanl sightings in ancient times. Since humans didn't achieve flight at the time, we can rightfully assume ancient people saw weird natural phenomenon.
