If You think they committed war crimes, you have to produce the evidence.
Just showing that a house complex is destroyed does not prove anything.

You have to find the Israeli motivation why the house complex was destroyed and show that they had enough information to show that they knew that it was not a military target..

Hamas is digging tunnels all over Gaza, and these tunnels are military targets as it is planned to use them in defense.
There are plenty of other reasons like weapons storage, firing missiles etc.

I certainly have no clue about a specific house, but I am pretty sure You have no clue as well.

You can for certain believe that they are committing war crimes, but You are on shaky ground if you make accusations without evidence.

Obviously an investigation is warranted. With all the accusations about violating the treaty on incendiary weapons (in 2014?) the investigation showed that maybe one artillery shell was violating the treaty but no conclusive evidence could be produced.

It is easy to make ackusations, especially if your knowledge about war crimes comes from the back of a cereal package. Much harder to prove unless the crime is obvious, like the Hamas slaughter.

As You pointed out, the Supreme court of Israel clearly marks this as a crime.
In the Palestinian case, this seems ordered from above.

It's for Israel to prove it has military value. You can't shriek about the principle of "Innocent until proven guilty" then allow Israelis to bomb civilian buildings and infrastructure like hospitals and schools en-masse without proving they are legitimate military targets.
