Is it time to ask refund for all customers who bought US missile defence system.

Don't be naive.

Either the interceptor was subjected to stresses it was not designed for or a malfunction occurred.

Objective of testing is to refine and/or enhance an existing system. Failures are expected under these circumstances.

Whatever the scenario might be .... the real world scenarios are going to be far more exacting...so if it fails in a test... don't even think about the modern real world ICBMs with MW and MARVed technologies.

Contrary to popular perception, real-world scenarios aren't necessarily taxing.

I can provide you software which will push your PC to its limits and/or crash it. However, majority of real-world applications will not tax your PC like that.

Sir, not a valid example since computer applications are designed and optimised for the hardware on which they are supposed to run smoothly while the warhead on a modern ballistic missile is designed to manoeuvre and deceive while MIRVs even contain decoys etc..
