u.s. launched overnight airstrikes on the Taliban to support afghan forces

the airstrikes are effective only when these are well coordinated from the ground. otherwise, collateral damage will be humongous.
anyhow as long as the US does not completely withdraw its forces from Afghanistan, the air corridor will remain available to it. once this withdrawal is officially concluded, Pakistan may rethink rolling back this air passage facility to the invading forces of the US and her allies.
The US feels its superpower status is at stake if the Taliban takes control over Afghanistan large territory before it leaves. these attacks may delay the retreat of ANA, but ultimately ANA defeat is written on the wall.

Also the rate of attrition is unsustainable airstrikes can only delay the inevitable

was probably super hornets. Heck, months ago, when the withdrawal was first announced, they even threatened to use B-52s in the event US forces are endangered. Nothing in the USAF inventory is more unstealthy then the B-52.
Nice1

Decision to use or not any airspace will b decided by government in charge ..It's PM responsibility ..I don't know which enlighten moderate you are referring to ..PMIk is not liberal ...

PMIK has been clear that Pakistan will not be used to attack Afghanistan. Over to those who are in charge of implementing this policy. Enlighten moderates like Musharraf, his residuals, like minded. Chap has corrupted the institution he belonged to to the core.

Either US using stealth plane or some neighboring countries succumb to US pressure.

. . . .
besharam bajwa doctrine.... allowing US fighters

It looks like they are just destroying some captured equipment. How much these air strikes can help in real time from aircrafts operated thousands of miles away? In my opinion this is going to be very limited, and whatever the limited capacity is it may be used to strike actual terror bases (aw and isis types). Afghan Army seems like a lost cause though.

Wouldn’t be surprised if this is the next target.
