Just look at this guys face....Poor Brian :(

Coming from RT and PressTV - very credible.

Objective of an offensive cyber strike is to create a time-limited window for large-scale kinetic strikes to be executed on high-value targets by disrupting communications processes.

Since kinetic attacks did not materialize (thanks to Donald Trump), Iranian and Russian sources can now declare American cyber strike as a failure. Not very bright...

Hints for the gullible; them microprocessors and emissions.... them NSA... Coz physics...

Russians commenting on US cyber strikes - ah the Irony of it all...

The Iranians are getting pretty good at this game too (one of the top level managers of Cylance is Iranian-American).

Yes, Iranians are good in this domain, but NSA outclass all by far with its global reach and access to technological capabilities that nobody else have managed to replicate.

There is no rush.

US already have economic chokehold on Iran. I feel sorry for average Iranians TBH.

Average joe suffer while stubborn leaders bask in all manner of support and riches. Doesn't this sound familiar?

Americans have spent a lot on developing sophisticated drone technology & we have biggest collection of their drones in our inventory that have been either brought down or shot down ... If cyber attack was successful we should have seen second phase of strike against an Iran with no AD/missile capability to respond in return .. we see nothing means nothing happened ..propaganda as we've seen so far.
Not the first time in 2011 they did not nothing neither ...
And obviously are so arrogant that wanted to attack another country 'cause their drone violated that country airspace .. Like England that wanted to pass a resolution at the UNSC due to their military boats violated Iranians territorial waters and got arrested.

It may be true apart from inverted. Which neutral party can actually control in the network who actually did what on one side or the other. In politics and in war some truth is said, a bit of half-truth and many lies

If you believe in IMF they predict positive growth for iran economy from 2020 onward.

You can look at it in other light ,maybe trump called of the attack because they could not disable the systems in the cyber attack.

Does not make sense actually, or the context is unclear.

"Iran's gross domestic product, including oil production, shrank 4.9 percent in fiscal year 2018-19 compared with the year before, according to the latest report by Statistical Center of Iran's (SCI)."

FYI: https://en.radiofarda.com/a/iran-re...p-as-sanctions-halt-oil-exports/30005248.html

Trump administration have imposed biting sanctions on Iran, to the point of Iranian leadership declaring these measures as "economic terrorism."

Iranian oil exports - vital source of revenue - are in decline. Some countries have completely halted importing oil from Iran, remainder is slashing imports as well. And these sanctions are not currency-limited (USD only).

I do not know what happened in person, but you underestimate American warfighting capabilities a bit much.

Is Iran using Martian tech or something? From where you guys are sourcing computing parts? From Europe, right?

NSA is the best funded spy agency in the world, and a master of cyber warfare.

NSA can literally infiltrate even offline systems via its radio waves (very powerful satellites up there). Sheer number of people who went missing after 9/11, shocking (a pandora box).

Do not be under any illusion.

Well actually it make sense otherwise why they must stop an attack just minutes before it start.

The only explanation is something is wrong.

Not my prediction ,its IMF prediction. Tell those to them

the cyber attack was an alternative to retaliationary attack not a Complementary of it.

also how is that US sources are more credible than iranian ones?? they are part of the conflict.

Starting a war have wider implications which are to be accounted for. There are cost-related considerations, domestic pressures, and global pressures.

US have already fought several wars since 2001 under different pretexts. This trajectory must not continue for indefinite period becauses millions of lives are ruined already.

Sometimes, truth is what it appears to be on the face, not necessary for everybody to make excuses for non-action. NSA is a very well-equipped and capable organization, and it have a hand in ruining an Iranian nuclear facility in Natanz in 2014.

Latest: https://www.cnn.com/2019/06/24/politics/trump-iran-sanctions/index.html

Consequences for downing an expensive American UAV are materializing in different ways. This spectacle is far from over.

Not my prediction ,its IMF prediction. Tell those to them
You mentioned IMF here, so you provide context.

Timing factor.

Blurring boundaries: There is much we still don’t know about the attack: how it was carried out, exactly what the target was, how it worked technically, and so on. However, it’s a clear example of the way the lines between physical and digital warfare are blurring. Last month Israel launched a missile attack on Hamas operatives it said were engaged in cyber warfare, for example.

Perhaps US wanted to send a message to relevant elements in Iran, that they should expect surprises and be under no illusion.

This is not a matter of trusting US and dismissing Iran (I am a neutral observer in this matter). However, American technological prowess is not in doubt (numerous observations, and isn't this obvious to all anyways?), and Iranian leadership have every reason to put a bold face for public consumption at this juncture. Why would it not?

This is a matter of shaping perceptions, and Iranian leadership would want to keep its public in high spirits.
