We will have to build an air and naval base on Scarborough Shoal soon. Pinoy is a threat merely by their territorial proximity to disputed islands. Our objective is to erase every single forward operating base the USN might have. Manila must be blockaded into submission or else direct amphibious assault to overthrow their government regime.

This is not going to be a skirmish but regional war! Pinoy will be like Poland in WW2 suffering at least 25% population death.

Once we take out USN forward bases in Philippines, next we move on to Guam and either blockade it or erase it with tactical nukes.
