1) we need a dedicated Demonetization thread. There are dozens of threads running about it and it's honestly annoying.
2) limit the number of threads a person can open in a given time. Some people spam create 7-8 threads in a row in a matter of minutes. This really takes away from the quality of the subsection because other interesting threads a pushed to the next page and it's just annoying overall to see 8 threads opened by 1 person.
