Two robbers killed in Multan police encounter

Two robbers were killed while their two accomplices managed to escape during a police encounter in Multan on Thursday.

According to the details, the police on a tip-off approached a four-member gang fleeing after committing a robbery near bypass in Multan. An encounter took place as police intercepted the robbers and in cross fire two robbers were killed while their two cohorts managed to escape.

The weapons and looted valuables were recovered from the possession of the robbers killed in a encounter and the bodies were shifted to Nishtar Hospital for post-mortem.
