BD is by far the most tolerant country in the whole sub-continent by a mile, and so no point even making a comparison with Pakistan at all.

You seem to be in a mood to appease any and all here - Jews place little value in Palestinian lives and that is a fact. A "trial" with a conviction is no indication of any impartiality in the justice system.

lol? I never admited Iron Dome is a failure, quite the opposite, I think it's a great system who did a great job in it's task.
But, Iron Dome isn't 100% success (I guess it's around 85-90%) as for the last conflict and some rockets did penetrated it.
Moreover, even if it was 100% success, Israel couldn't and shouldn't let people launching missiles on it's cities(even if intercepted) without a proper response by it's side

Hey kiddo, be thankful that I don't have much time on my hands lately. What you're spouting is nonsense. I'm not sure how this conversation arose, but there is context to the conflict. Besides the context even, Palestinians never initiated unprovoked military action. Israel initiates conflict then frames it in manner that it is under attack which is false narrative. Which ever of the onslaughts on Gaza or West Bank we can look at every single one. With regards to West Bank, your presence is illegal in first place, Palestinian military measures against the occupation are legal. And you have done military operations in the occupied West Bank similar to what you do in Gaza. That is not case of self defense as you don't belong there in first place, it is militarized colonization which is tantamount to aggression.

As for Gaza, you bombed it long ago. The wars on Gaza in 09, 12 and 14 are just the most recent assaults. Which Israel all started. Just because Palestinians don't have proper counter measures against the occupation does not imply they are not in state of self defense.

There's not a single 'missile' that came out of Gaza. I can build those so called 'missiles' in my basement but I would run into legal troubles. They are cheap, homemade, use low grade material which cause the projectile to prematurely explode on many occasions. Those projectiles are intended to disrupt life in Israel as Israel disrupts , colonizes and wrecks havoc to the lives of the Palestinian people. Unfortunately, Palestinians don't have much at their disposable to counter the occupation. All they can do is stand their ground to their best ability.

JERUSALEM, Nov. 30 (UPI) -- Two Jewish teens were convicted of murder Monday in the 2014 abduction, killing and burning of a Palestinian youth near Jerusalem.

The victim, Mohammed Abu Khdeir, 16, was taken from outside his East Jerusalem home to a forest near the city, where he was beaten unconscious and then burned alive. The incident shocked Israelis and Palestinians and was considered an instigator to a period of violence that summer, which included a 50-day armed Israeli invasion of Gaza.

The two boys convicted were not identified because they were minors at the time of the crime. They said in court they were responsible for Abu Khdeir's abduction but not his killing. One was also convicted of attempting to kidnap a Palestinian youth on the night before Abu Khdeir's abduction.

A third person charged and regarded as the main suspect in the case, Yosef Haim Ben-David, 31, was found responsible for the crimes but his verdict was delayed after his lawyers submitted a psychiatric evaluation and an insanity plea. The court said the submission of the evaluation was "contrary to proper and appropriate procedure," but scheduled another hearing in Ben-David's case for Dec. 20.

Ben-David is a relative of the two people convicted.

The victim's father, Hussein Abu Khdeir, who attended the court hearing Monday, regularly remarked he expected Ben-David to plead insanity. He said, after the ruling, Ben-David's last-minute psychiatric report "made a joke of the court. My blood is boiling."

Violence continued in predominantly Palestinian East Jerusalem over the weekend. A Palestinian, Ayman Sameeh Abbasi, 17, died during clashes with Israeli security forces, and Israeli police said at least 10 firebombs were thrown at border patrol agents in the area.
