1) The audio is indecipherable, if you could translate what he's saying or post a link to a clearer video, I would be grateful.

2) The video doesn't show any harassment in it per se, can you describe what was offensive or demeaning.

3) What leads you to believe that man was a government officer and not a private citizen, I couldn't distinguish from the video itself.

4) What is the source of the video? , from what my limited internet skills got me, it was uploaded from a private twitter account.

The diplomats are probably there to see that no Pro-Khalistan propoganda is done by Pakistan to inlfuence the visiting Sikh Pilgrims minds.

Pakistani intelligence officers know this and that's why harassed the diplomats and don't want them there.

This just shows the real reason behind Pakistan's recent overtures to India over the Sikh pilgrims. They are using this to revive the Khalistan movement. Sad.

I agree, I am actually pro peace between India and pakistan.
But the problem is that we have sent ovutures for the last 6 months and have been rebuffed every time.
Even something as important as the kirtarpour corridor has been met by indiference from the Indian government.
