What's new

Two big countries blocked my return to power in 2001: PM Hasina (Ind & US?)

As I indicated earlier the reason that you pointed as anti islam position and closer ties with India taken by this government is the prime reason is nothing but a lie and propaganda.

It is also pointed out that saudi stopped recruitment during the BNP's last year or at the earlier year of caretaker government.

Yes it si true during the recession manpower export reduced little bit but it happened in all places but still remittance earning never gone down instead it increases every year.

If in this government time man power export have been decreased then how come remittance earning have been increased by more then double during this government time???

It is necessary to pointing out most of the fraud recruiting agencies got license during BNP time.

Most ground work of manpower export boost was done through BNP govt, interim regime continued that for two years. And remittance being lagging indicator of manpower export, we saw remittance earning jump from boost of manpower export during BNP and during interim regime. Manpower export significantly declined during Awami league regime by all reports and indication. And as lagging indication recent remittance growth shows it subsided. A pathological liar like yourself would ignore the facts of lagging indicator facts and keep lying on behalf Hasina. So keep barking.

You just copy pasted same thing. During the time of BNP it might have started but this government had to keep the momentum even during the recession. The article that I posted in my last post indicated the declined trend in 2010 was reversed since 2011 as that happened in 2010 mostly due to recession.

Most of the remittance were not coming from the manpower export during BNP time but due to adding more people. This is a fact.

You are just parroting the same thing manpower export has been significantly reduced this government is nothing but another propaganda as you cleverly not pointing out that happened due to recession and that happened only for one year and next year in 2011 the trend was reversed.

Increasing remittance from 6.5 billion USD to 14 billion USD is not a cat walk.

So who is pathological liar and who is doing propaganda is now clear to all. Period.

Was not the above article self explanatory??? Did you even read the article??? Or with the title you assumed it should be due to failure related to Awami league government???

For the 1st article:

The country's manpower export to Saudi Arabia has declined in recent times due to the Saudi authority's growing distrust of Bangladesh people.
---------------
Former president of Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies (BAIRA) Golam Mostafa said continuous export of Bangladeshi manpower to Saudi Arabia has declined.

He said the present economic condition in Saudi Arabia is also not good. Many Saudi local people are now unemployed. As such they are not interested to recruit manpower from Bangladesh.

On the other hand, many Bangladeshi workers in Saudi Arabia are now involved in crimes like theft and robbery. If a result, Bangladeshi workers have earned a bad name there, Mr. Mostafa said.

For the second article:

That said man power export to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Libya and Kuwait declined or stopped.

We know mainly man power export to Saudi stopped and reduced since BNP government time.

For Kuwait it is written here...

Kuwait market is closed since 2006. 200 workers were returned to Bangladesh by air. Workers from Pakistan and India are going to Kuwait but none is going from Bangladesh. Countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council are trying to reduce dependence on foreign workers.

For UAE...

The UAE is the second largest labour market for Bangladesh. They have stopped visa for our workers. No reasons could be ascertained for this. It is alleged that the involvement of the Bangladeshi workers in criminal activities may be responsible for this.

For Libya, Iraq and Malaysia:

The number of workers going to Malaysia, Libya, Iraq and Dubai as illegal immigrants is increasing. The maximum number is going to Malaysia. Official opening of market is not possible in Malaysia without stopping illegal immigrants. Malaysia is willing to take Bangladeshi workers officially but before that the illegal channel must be stopped.

In Libya mostly it was reduced after the war and in Iraq it is trying to give work to the Iraqis now.

Third article has already been discussed.

Try to look every stuff with different prism instead your political biased prism to launch propaganda. But despite all these declining couple of hundred thousand people are going abroad and from last year 2 billion usd remittance earning have been increased. Do not you term it as a success of this government???

Malaysiya lifted ban on Bangladeshi worker yesterday... do not you term it as a success also of this government??

Malaysia lifts ban on Bangladeshi workers

Crime is normal in every place and every country has law to deal with individual crime. But collective punishment like stopping recruitment indicates that individual crime is just cover and highlighted for specific reasons. You are going to say no crime committed by indians in those countries, does indians face collective punishment and negative publicity like that? Use your brain than Awami league mantra.

If you claim REOPENING something that was open before is a success then who can argue with Awami League brand of success? But if this MOU with Malaysia goes beyond just understanding and people gets job then it will be at least some people can get job.

Indians and Pakistanis have big hold on media in Saudi Arabia and many of the top management are from these two countries. So they get less attention in the public media and even during the hiring they gets the priority.

This is as simple as that. My friend who was in Saudi he said that many criminals after committing crime with fake passport and documents went to Saudi and other middle eastern countries and kept the same trend. Some groups have spread hysteria also about Bangladeshis. You can recall rape by some afghan of a Irani girl was propagated as rape by Bangladeshi of a Saudi Girl. This is just one example.

This is collective failure by both BNP and BAL for not countering such negative hysteria. This is well known if Bangladeshis dnt get a market... Pakistan and India got it in return. So both of them are trying hard to keep the Bangladeshis out as bd people work with less salary which they can not defeat.

If you trying to say individual crime is just a cover to stop recruitment then why Kuwait stopped that in 2006. Did they have nay problem with BNP??

Kuwait's king is coming to BD in March 26, 2013 to celebrate the independence day. It is likely that time the ban will be lifted and some investment proposal may come out.

THIS IS BIG NEWS

- The fact that Hasina is attacking India and America clearly seems to indicate she is preparing to leave office and knows that her time is running out. Otherwise why would she attack India and America if she as prime minister in the next term will have to work with them?

This also shows Hasina's stupidity. Attacking the USA when:

- Joy (her son) has businesses there and cases could be bought up against him is not wise.

- Also the US generally is the most powerful external factor in Bangladesh and has the power to covertly approve or veto coups by the Bangladeshi military which would not do without US approval.

The Indians have also basically dumped her with them wooing her deadly rival, Khaleda which would of course infuriate Hasina (female jealousy of another female makes it worse).

Anyway the questions are this:

1. What will be the future of Hasina and the Awami League post the 2014 elections?
2. How will Hasina's relations with India be, and also with the US after this attack?

Hasina will run away from Bangladesh and india will use Awami League as B team against BNP. That is the part BNP stupids are not realizing.

Any case all top and local level Awami leaders should be given street justice only.

BAL will be eradicated with public wrath, hopefully, and both Hasina and India will feel remose for making covert relationship ignoring the interest of People's Republic of Bangladesh/

Nothing much if BNP comes to power but there will be case filing, arrest of party members of BAL as they did to BNP and Jamaat. BNP this time likely to take part in the election without Jamaat as it is heard that Jamaat is trying to negotiate with the BAL for not hanging its top leaders. But whatever the matter top leaders will remain intact and nothing will happen to them. All the top leaders of BNP and BAL are friends to each other and have joint business in many occasion. What BAL is trying to stop is caretaker government or arrival of army indirectly.

Why Awami league fear caretaker govt who has record of holding free election? and why Awami League fear army, after Hasina helped killing 50 some officers of BA? Its funny how awami league thugs are seeing BNP friendship now. Was Ilias Ali a friend of Awami League? Or Upazila Chairman & Natore BNP leader Sanahullah Babu was friend to be killed by Awami League?

Well forgot to add that, PM Hasina have not said it for the 1st time. In the March, 12 she also said the same but that time she also included ISI on it.

Dhaka, Mar 10: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Saturday reiterated that there is no doubt that Khaleda Zia took money from Pakistani intelligence, ISI, during the 1996 and 2001 general elections. “There’s no doubt about it she (Khaleda) took money from ISI in the 1996 elections and it’s also sure that the heftier amount of money came during the 2001 election,” she said while exchanging views with local Awami League leaders from Comilla (North) at her official residence Ganobhaban as part of her ongoing interactions with the grassroots leaders. Members of the Awami League Central Working Committee, members of Comilla (North) district AL, presidents and general secretaries of associate bodies of the district, local party lawmakers, party-backed upazila chairmen and vice-chairmen in the district, and presidents and general secretaries of upazila, municipality and union units attended the meeting.

Hasina said it will be out one day in the future that Khaleda Zia took money from ISI during the 1996 elections.

Regarding her party’s defeat in 2001 polls, Hasina said Pakistani intelligence ISI, Indian intelligence RAW and that of the USA got together when she declined to sell gas without having 50 years of reserve for the country. “As I didn’t agree to sell gas, ISI, RAW and USA got united against us,” she said.

Talking about the opposition’s ‘Dhaka Cholo’ programme, the Prime Minister said she is worried as the opposition leader is going to create anarchy in the country.
“I’m thinking how I’ll save public life and property.”

She also said the opposition leader is killing people in the name of movement and it was seen in December 18 last year, too. “She (Khaleda) never feels good when people live in peace, that’s why she wants to create anarchy in the name of movement,” Hasina said.

The premier alleged that Khaleda Zia is still planning to take fund from the ISI and get assistance from the defeated forces in 1971.

“If anyone becomes ‘Dalal’ (collaborator) of a country and work in favour of that country they should be bundled out to that particular country,” Hasina said.

The Prime Minister said a conspiracy is on to frustrate the hard-earned democracy of the country. Regarding her demand for caretaker government in 1994, Hasina said at that time BNP had engaged in vote rigging and that proved correct in the subsequent elections.

Hasina went on: “During the last three years of the present government, each and every election was held in a free, fair and peaceful manner.

People cast their votes in favour of the candidates of their choice. No allegation from any quarter was raised regarding the results of the elections.”

Some 5200 elections at different levels have so far been held under this government.
Hasina mentioned that the government believes in the empowerment of the mass people and engaged in various activities that ultimately help people to improve their lifestyle.

The Prime Minister asked the grassroots leaders to hold their councils quickly so that the party central council could be held in time.

She also requested them to put in their extra efforts to make the party stronger to face any sort of conspiracy against the country and democracy.
