I always find it funny these Arab paid trolls hate Turkey so much, yet it was not the Turks but there beloved masters US, UK, France, Italy, Russia etc that have killed 100s of 1000s of there "Arab brothers and sisters".

Anyway let Egypt try something, Turkey will continue exploration in the waters it wants, this is not like shooting Gazan's and Ethiopian's trying to cross the border and I would advise Egypt to free Sinai from the IS terrorists before they try start war with Turkey.

The real issue in here is;

Greek Cyprots are accepted by Europeans as representative of whole Cyprus island in EU without waiting complation of solution but just adviced that problems on two side to be solved within UN. Additions, there is seperate governements ruling different ethnicities as North and South. Greece is guarantor of South part, While Turkey is of North part on peace negotiations encouraged by UN. Almost all solution packages provided by UN, Turkish part say “Yes”, While South “No”. In this circumstance, the people who rejects solutions provided by UN, is trying to use islands’ Hudrocarbon reserves on their own as if there is not Turkish Cypriots living in island. They say they will prptect the rights of Turkish Cypriots but Turks in island is not under their management, nor the slaves of Greeks. Turkish Cypriots are independant state having own parliament and eatablished their state with blood. That’s the reason Turkish Navy is there to protect the rights of Turkish side. That’s the summarize of whole story.

Let's say all of it is true.. even if you forgot to mention the Cyprus recognition by the UN.. and the Northern part of Cyprus was even Turkish.. What claim Turkey would have on Southern Cyprus EEZ? let alone the Egyptian EEZ..
The real issue as I understand it.. is about legalities between EU, the UN and Turkey..about the northern part of Cyprus.. So unless Turkey wants to claim the whole Cyprus Island as its own .. I don't see how it can claim anything South of Cyprus!!!?

Egypt is powerful militarily. Greece is not your equal opponent, they're only 16 million and small, Cyprus even smaller and far away from Greece.

Recent TAF operations show the complete opposite, you aren't superior to other armies in the region. Especially if you take away all the equipment, your infantry is not better, infact they're less experienced than several Arab infantries which you disrespect and look down on. Iranian ground forces saw no war since 1988, they're not experienced either. It's easy to trash the failures of other armie that are engaged in warfare until you engage in war and see your own failures. Those failures were only seen once Operation ES was kicked off.

dont compare NATO standart Turkish Armed Forces with Arabian Armed Forces ( not even close )

Turkish Army is in top 5 in the World ( great urban warfare experience , technology , defense industry ( all weapons made in Turkey ) great fire power , perfect special forces and high disciplined

Turkish Armed Forces used even less than 1% of its own power ( around 6000 troops and 100+ of IFVs and Tanks ) in Operation ES ( and only a few months after the coup )

and Turkish Armed Forces always tried not to kill civilians in Operation ES . still Turkish Armed Forces killed over 3000 ISIS terrorists and Turkish Armed Forces lost only 72 soldiers

even Turkish Army lost only 5 soldiers with gunshot ..... Turkish Army lost 67 soldiers with ISIS suicide bomb attacks and unknow Air strikes , Armed Drone attack and Artillery attacks ( in my option Iran and Syrian Regime )


on the other hand over 110.000 troops including 600 French troops and hundreds of Australian and Canadian Special Forces fought against around 10.000 ISIS terrorists in MOSUL
and Iraqi Army, Pesmerga ,Iran backed groups lost around 10.000 troops

and tens of thousands of civilian deaths in MOSUL

also the US led airstrikes ( including 24 French Rafale Fighter Jets bombed Mosul day and night )

There won't be a war between Egypt and Turkey, such expectations are flat out stupid. Having said that, Egypt - now - is no match for Turkey in terms of military power. @TheCamelGuy your points are invalid. You're comparing Afrin with Russian covered air space to the Mediterranean Sea where we have deployed all kind of military assets on the acual island of Cyprus.

People should also be aware of the fact that Sisi cancelled an agreement with Turkey regarding this issue in order to support the Greek Cypriots.

The problem with ground forces, you gotta loose soldiers to gain land, there is no other way.. thats the reason US cannot or doesnt even want to win other half of Afganistan or US basically use YPG in Irak.. or Russians doesnt want to bring ground forces to Syria..

But as you can see above, i specially mentioned the Turkish navy.. and mentioned that Egypt is 90 million..
