There is one complete power house being ready for operation at port Qasim, from last 5 years.

Project was laid out by last govt. completed 4 years ago.

Zardari, regime never allowed its operation.. why?

That's cause for concern. If there is an energy source available, but isn't being used... that's probably proof of corruption, of course there could be political reason connected to this.

I think all these troubles stem from the flood Pakistan experienced back a few years ago. wouldn't dams/hydropowerplants help solve most of your energy problems ?
