Ahmet Yüksel Özemre. I recommend his books if you are interested. (İstanbul Üniversitesi Yayınları) They are for lectures but he has a nice way of telling things.

Old books and books which have low print rates are expensive.

I had pdfs in one of my hard drives but I have over 100 hdds. Most of them are at the link below already, with all parts of diffusion thory of neotrons etc.:
