What's new

turkish exchange student in Pisa posted anti-western post in his FB...

Because, it is his right to freely express himself. Italy is an EU member and Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights tells everyone has the right to freedom of expression.
As I understood by your post, the guy hasn't done anything against the law or harmed anybody but expressed his anti-western/NATOopinion, authorities like it or not. If I haven't done anything wrong then i would sue Italian authorities in The European Court of Human Rights.
Turkey needs to do the same. we have a lot of PKK lovers in Turkiye, I am glad Italy done this!!
Lets hope we can follow.

. . .
I still would sue Italian authorities in The European Court of Human Rights so the truth reveals.

Ofcourse, every nutjob is entitled to this,unfortunately....If it were up to me,I'd arrange an "accident" for him and be done with it. "He opposed arrest and shot himself 29 times. There was nothing we could do"

Does he deny it or not?

Others tried to sue us because we deport people to Sudan who are not from Sudan. Italy usually gives a shit.

The European Court of Human rights said that our deportations are inhumane. But so far italy intensified it.

Our nation. Our rules.

. .
If someone is born and raised in Europe, their nationality is European, ethnicity is another story.

no, always seen as alien. Thats a matter of fact. And in italy even more so because its almost impossible to get italian citizenship when you dont have italian blood.

.
Mate, these people love freedom of express only the way they like as they are not against terrorism but they only don't want it in Europe :D
If the guy hasn't done anything wrong and denied Italian authorities then he is a retard, if he doesn't sue these miserables in The European Court of Human Rights. I would alert Turkish authorities and embassy about my case, too.

And? What would it change? Nothing. Italy usually prolongs such cases for eternity and ignores it.

We are known to use the law like we want it.

You know whats best? The money for their deportation is taken from their own bank accounts.

That's not a reason of deport and cancel education. I would make Italian state pay.

Italy ignores the court rulings. The Tunisian Ali Touimi sued italy for the court of human rights.

the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) had issued a binding interim measure for him not to be repatriated and for the measure to be suspended while his application was pending before the Strasbourg court.

You know what? Italy ignored it and deported him. Proceeded as planned.

Interior minister Roberto Maroni (Lega Nord), denied that it is a matter of Italy contravening the ECtHR’s decisions, and his reasoning is noteworthy: “We respect the European Court’s decisions, and I stress decisions. However, when I receive a fax from an official that says that it is necessary to suspend the expulsion while awaiting the Court’s decision, I prefer to continue and expel an alleged terrorist. We cannot await the slowness of the Court, whose decisions we are nonetheless willing to receive. However, while awaiting their arrival, we apply our law. We have done so now and will continue to do it.”

There you see what your legal action means: we ignore it. :D
