I mainly open this thread because I'm hungry

Rather then generic, best known dishes of the countries I would like to see more regional, family stuff.

A quick start, my home city's small native restaurants are famous with their Köfte and Piyaz combination.

Köfte

Piyaz, its contains Tahini, white beans, onion, tomatoe, boiled eggs, lemon juice etc. its not looks that attractive, but its tastes good

Guys please save and share this video before deleted and spread it between Turkish. People have to know what is the situation of Uzbekistan so i met with some Uzbek people at Turkey and i verified this situation.
