If I remember correctly, they wanted to buy 10 ANKA-A the first version of Anka that could only fly up to 20.000 feet for 16 hours... today we don't even use ANKA-A anymore. So I am not sure if it would be a problem, of course I don't want to see Turkish technology in this dictators hand too... It just, we have made much more superior versions of ANKA.

''Technology Transfer'' is a general concept, I mean, I don't think we share our critical technologies just for some dollars. For Example, Ukraine brought 6 Bayraktar TB2's for 69 million dollars with Tech Transfer... They just assembled the parts that prepared before in Turkey. it was the tech transfer... otherwise they don't know anything about software... similar to our F-16 assemble experience. Of course, we should be protective about our technology, I agree about that. It's just, don't feel bad when you hear technology transfer, we assamble submarines in Turkey for years, what did we learn until our recent R&D studies?
