Fair elections means, granting equal opportunity to all candidates.

If you look at to any internet newspaper you will see 5 news about Erdoğan and AKP, 1 news about Ince and CHP. Other candidates are censored entirely.

- And other small things like bring down an opposition billboard because there is Turkish flag in their propaganda but not touching the AKP billboards all though they have the Turkish flag too.

So, in terms of "fair" elections, no.... elections are being far from being fair.
