Even freaking Greek Cyprus will soon be dependend on Turkish water and electricity that will flow from our mainland to Turkish Cyprus.

Same for northern Iraq. Once they or Greek Cypriots become hostile. We just cut off electricity and water and they will turn to dark ages.

The bottom line is the bottom line in here, if Turkey goes to war don't expect us to remain neutral.

Hostile Neighbours; Iran, Iraq, Syria, Armenia, Greece (although it's supposed to be a nato partner)

Regional Allies:

Azerbaijan, Northern Cyprus, Israel, KSA, Egypt. (friendly neighbours doesn't mean that they are allies)

Regional Hostile Nations and potentional enemies:

Iran is a Hostile nation? actually except PDF and some militarz forums, iäve never seen haters and troll fights between turks and iranian in other where.
the problem between iran and turkey is about syria. I dont know how it can be hostility between nations! Iranians are top of Investors in turkey and every year many of Iranians go there and vice versa. before erdogan shows his true face and supporting rebels and terrorists in syria, you should saw Iranian media and officials speeches. as i know, Iran and turkey never were hostile to each other after ataturk-reza shah Era. in attention to their governments, they always were friendly or Neutral.

Iranian drones are operating in Venezuela, and as the country with the largest oil reserves in the world, Venezuela has helped Iran in a couple of oil-related matters. Because of Iran's influence in Venezuela, the US Senate got so scared that they issues a bill against Iranian influence in South America.

Sunnis are not in power in Iraq, and the fact that Iranian arms are flying over Iraq to Syria says much about Iranian influence there.

Assad is still the man who controls Damascus and is slowly securing vital parts in his country.

Lebanon is an important country in the Levant, and Iran has entangled Israel with Lebanon on its northern borders, and Palestinian organizations on its Southern borders.

Afghanistan? They don't like your guts.

A large portion of Afghanistan's population is Persian-speaking, and Iranian cultural influences is extremely strong in Western and Northern parts of the country.

Turkemistan? "Turk" haha, I'm sure they will be on your side in case of war with Azerbaijan.

Iran's relations with Turkmenistan are better than Azerbaijan's relations with Turkmenistan. There is no Turkic unity.

Armenia? That is like having a homeless person as an ally.

Not really. Armenia is of great strategic value as it serves as a buffer state between Azerbaijan and Turkey. Iran must protect Armenia by any means necessary. Plus Armenia is largely dependent on Iran on economic matters.

Who cares about the nonsense you "think". I can state that if you go to average Ukrainian and say "Turkey is your ally" like you claim they will slap you to the ground.

Anyway I know this is above your head, but countries relationships are based on governments, not average people.
