Turkey has warned the United States that the embargo imposed on Iran is a “mistake” and Washington “does not have the right” to force other countries to implement its unilateral decision, Turkish Foreign Minister has said.

“The United States may take a decision, but it’s not right to impose this decision on other countries. We will continue our principled attitude,” Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlutold state-run Anadolu Agency on July 6.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan conveyed Ankara’s stance with regard to the issue of Iran to his U.S. counterpart Donald Trump and to a delegation of U.S. senators who recently visited Turkey, Çavuşoğlu added.

yes I would love to see how the black banners have direct connection from afghanistan to iraq and saudi arabia..

as if iran would melt like an snowball in the sun.. today wars are made of proxies this means there would be massive involvement of ground troops from other sects and other ideologies and other folks (must be some help of iranian arabs, iranian kurds, iranian azeri and sunni and external factors like alqaida or worse) otherwise there is a need of a big big coalition much bigger than the invasion of iraq.. iran falling is not like just change the regime and install someone like in kuwait..

I've heard people here say "Pakistan is next", now you come with the new "Turkey is next"theory. hmm..Turkey is in NATO, and not and American enemy(even though US probably hates Turkey's styyle of govt, and hence the possible support of Fetullah)so i dont think Turkey will ever be "attacked"by US or NATO.

there is always a next in American hit lost you are the only nation which has been in war for more than 100 years
you have bombed more than 2 dozen countries since WW2 and i wont be sutprise if new threat to Mericans freedom pops out of no where in next afew years your economy needs wars to survive
btw Turkish style of Govt is much better than grab em by cat style of American governance
