Territorial integrity of the nation cannot be compromised, and that's not negotiable. Kashmir was given autonomy and a major proportion of country's budget was spent on them without accountability but then pakistan started terrorism and separatism in their which saw the genocide of kashmiri pandits and rape of their women and girls and killings of our servicemen. So tough measures had to be taken.
